T RowThanks for checking out Top Training. My name is Sam Topping and I believe that strength training should be a priority in everyone’s life. Whether you are an athlete, normal gym go-er, busy mom, or someone seeking all-around good health, strength training is the key to reaching your physical, health, and performance goals. Research continues to show the significant benefits a strength training program can have: improved body composition, increased lean muscle mass, reduced risk of injury and chronic disease, better sleep, improved confidence and energy levels…the list goes on and on.

Through time-efficient and evidence-based workouts, I train people to achieve optimum results in the least amount of time. There are no wasted minutes and everything I do has a purpose.

About Sam:

Sam is a Minneapolis-based Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota, where he worked with the Minnesota Gopher Football team as a Strength and Conditioning Intern.

After working for various personal training and sports performance facilities, Sam established Top Training, LLC in the spring of 2013. He works with clients at THE GYM MPLS in Golden Valley, helping athletes, busy professionals, and people in their teens to elderly populations.
